Need someone from the app to help on how to change the password. I did not get any verification via phone
The verification code is not reaching to the registered number. There’s no app support which basically make this app not usable. This is so bad!
I made an appointment through WhatsApp as instructed and later checked the app, only to find two appointments scheduled on the same date at two different hospitals. When I asked for clarification, the staff questioned me, as though I was responsible for the error. This raises concerns about whether the staff are adequately trained to use the app and assist customers. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were incredibly disappointing. Unacceptable service.
App is not ready for public release
I cant log in nor can reset password. And keep saying no email associated with this apps. And trying to sign up it says the email is already associated. Goshhh.

very disappointed with this apps when booking health screening sessions for my parents. the appointments captured in the apps and automated email sent to my mailbox. when i made call to hospital to check for appointment they said no appointment recorded. hospital recommended to make direct call in for appointment. so, what’s is the purpose for downloading this apps?
Hi Team, I noticed this function not really convenient for the patients especially for the elders who not familiar or not well how to use app/system. As of now, the appointment need to be booked manually after meeting the doctor and agreed when the next session. When the doctor already booked the slot from his system, patients need to do it manually from the app. Hopefully this can function can be improve and enhance the app/system so the process can be more efficient and reliable. Thank You
