Priority
Can’t choose the priority option. Clogged plumbing is a priority. Says I must call. I could do that before this app.
For maintenance request
Easy to process
No record
Using the app does not create a record, no way to know about status of request.
Homestead
Excellent services.
Nothing gets done
You fill out they're work request forms. Nothing gets done. Then when they come after several forms, they try to blame you for doing it wrong.
No records, no announcements
Convenient to use, however no records of requests saved (this app is very basic), and the app could be used for up to date announcements (sudden water shut off, or elevator booked for moving, etc). Would like to see this app have better functionality.

I wish we could do multiple repair requests on one form.

Convenient way to get issues dealt with promptly.
