myHQ: Coworking Spaces

They sell you visits + credits, then come back and take away visits saying we simply don’t need visits anymore. Frustrating to explain them and their customer support the difference of taking away something vs deprecating something and how pricing works. Very disappointing.

Initially I had a great experience. But as is the case with most startups, once things break it all goes wrong. The app is great I think, the service not so much. I was denied entry into a co-workspace. After some heated arguments with the management of that space, they allowed me to enter the coworking space but essentially gave me a desk at the cafeteria and borderline misbehaved with me. What was my fault I never quite understood. There are no customer care numbers listed on the app so I raised a ticket which simply said we’ll call you back. I never received a call, and the best part? They closed my ticket and now the app shows I never raised a support ticket at all! Absolutely brilliant I must say. Kudos to the team at MyHQ. Put your customer in a difficult situation and when the customer asks for help simply walk away like it never happened. Ah - anyways wish this team all the very best. Hope you guys succeed. I unfortunately won’t be a part of that journey.

Very poor interface. Please revamp the app.

Their offers are a scam they will show offers where u can pay for 5 visits and get a special rate and I did that paid 1359 for 5 visits but it doesn’t allow me to book saying I need credits so payment and credits are different so again they ask for money. Total fraud

You may get space at very low cost. But there will be no support from them for anything. They have a vendor named sierra cartel, once they used very harsh words on describing myhq response on issues. Don’t ever go to this bunch of idiots. This is a very honest review. Beware.

MYHQ app serves as a blessing for those travelling anywhere Pan India and they required urgent meetings to be attended , they can just book from the app itself and use the same . It’s an easy process and seemless experience.

I updating for few months. The app shows old splash screen and the new one. And then crashes.

Great customer support. Harsh has been very helpful in helping us find a good co working space

When opening the profile nav bar to make booking or switch between views app keeps crashing
