I find this app very frustrating. The layout is poorly designed for iPhone. The Hamburg menu button is so close to the top and left of the screen that it is almost impossible to tap and open. There rendering this app useless. If the sloop my daughter goes didn’t insist on this app for communication, there would be no way I would use it.

This is a great app to have to keep up to date with daily updates for my two boys. However, the retrieval of information, such as academic reports and payment statements et al., are difficult to retrieve. So the software needs an upgrade for their brilliant innovation. Improvements may even include step by step video links to help parents understand the app better and how to optimise its usage to help ease their minds and children education.

Needs an upgrade, not the most user friendly app. Very buggy, had to log in 3 times as it threw me out after each try and on the 4th got in.

Download links in reports not working since upgrade to latest iOS.

It’s a nice app to have for the school but definitely needs an upgrade. Menu tab is right under the top of my screen and it gets difficult to tap. I have to tap numerous times for it to open. App is also slow.

Useless on iPhone X. This app doesn’t work on the iPhone X. The menu button is on the extreme top left of the screen under the iPhone clock. Pressing it does nothing. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Still same issue. Has the developer not realised this problem? How did Apple approve this app for release? When is an update going to be made available?

This app it’s a waste of time and data- I have deleted it and reinstalled it I don’t know how many zillion times- we pay a lot of money in this school- they should use some of it to invest it into securing quality graphic designers -boo hoo Curro holdings 🤞🥺☹️😔👎👎

I’m unable to click on the menu (3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner of my iPhone in this app.

App is nice. Just so sorry that the menu button is directly under my phone clock. I have to tap many times before my phone recognizes that I am not tapping the clock. If you lower the menu button by 5mm the iPhones wouldn’t battle.

Unable to login with provided password and after a minute the buttons change functions. Login button becomes forgot password and textbox tap attempts a login. Poor development and UAT obviously not done.
