Can’t create profile for foreigner residing in Singapore
Trying to create a profile in the app, for Singapore resident but foreign passport. Doesn’t work, because foreign passport can not select Singapore as residence.

This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.
MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:
• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.
Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

Crashes!
Filled in everything, got the OK but cannot retrieve it because the app keeps on crashing.
Keeps on crashing
It works so long your inputting your info but if you want to access it afterwards it's unaccessible due to constant crashing. So basically I cannot use it
E-pass not working
The app is really bad. The overview is to complicated and to overtake the E-pass is not working. So completely time waste.
Problem scanning
Hard to scan QR code,maybe not enough brightness,need to go setting adjust brightness to scan,please fix this
Stores multiple profiles
Great for travel with family
Too many continual upgrades
Just let someone use without upgrading
update failure
I have been trying to update apps for an hour. Failed and failed. And I can’t submit my arrival information
Group QR code
How about adding the feature to Crete group QR code for land checkpoints by scanning the individual QR code? Much more intuitive to do that.
