I have downloaded the app but not received the email to verification 🙃

I have routine blood tests but do not routinely include transferrin saturation. The app doesn’t allow you to record results unless you have a full set & there is no option to include decimal point when recording some FBC readings. Pointless if I can’t record progress & accurate results

The app is incredibly useful, for planning treatments, documenting your iron levels and being able to reach out to a qualified professional when needed. Since diagnosis (through the charity that created the app as my GP was useless), I’ve been able to track my iron levels, keep note of my appointments, and get to a manageable level now. Thank you!

Need to use another account. Took an age to enter birthdate - odd for a condition that is diagnosed later in life. Quite intrusive questions - hope they regulate access.

I have GH and this is a useful app to document my journey. Some enhancement requests 1) I’d like to rate a venesection, eg good/bad/painful/ passed out etc 2) I’d like to put a repeat on the appointments so I enter them once not each time. 3) the numerical data entry doesn’t seem to allow for decimals. 4) symptoms can change over a day, would be useful to track this.

Not able to log in - repeatedly. App hangs during password and Face ID login. Also, material sent to encourage download shows a screen shot of “estimated time to maintenance” which isn’t in the current version. Seems to have been rushed to release.

I’ve just been diagnosed with GH and so I’m right at the beginning of my journey but I can see that this app is going to be a huge help. It looks to have everything needed and has already highlighted that I need to get some more info from my doctors that I didn’t know was important. I am very grateful that the app has been developed and know it will be a major help and guide me in dealing with GH.
