It seems all the other radio stations are working on the myjoyonline app but Hitz 103.9 FM isn’t working. I’m wondering if there’s a problem with the app or their end

I have been wondering why you left TuneIn because it’s a frustrating experience accessing radio on my phone or laptop through your app. I have to keep reloading the page even when I am using WiFi so clearly it’s not an internet connection issue. I do not have any such issues on TuneIn.

Good app up until a month ago noticed joy fm keeps breaking or stops when streaming. There’s been a couple of complaints about this, please rectify.

I enjoy using the app but for a few weeks now joy fm in particular always breaks and I have to close the app or switch to another channel and back before it continues. I do not face this issue when stream on any other fm within the app. I hope you can rectify this issue because I rely heavily on joy fm for my news

Good app

I find no issue with third party adverts popping up but the duration is sometimes way too long. Close to 12 minutes of third party adverts and whiles the news or information given still plays. Hence by the time the adverts ends the information you were consuming would have ended and it makes it really annoying to listen especially on hitzfm the online radio

It only videos that pops up on the app. Am unable to read articles like I use to after I updated the app.

The links to the news articles link you to another news article and sometimes the link does not open.

This JoyNews App should be thoroughly re-designed. When you click on a News item; it opens another News item and that is frustrating. Can the designers re-visit the blueprint and re-design?
