Bought 4 out of which only two had the dispenser tube with liquid.

I created the account, entered all the details and cannot sign in. Instead it keeps telling me invalid login details!

Don’t even bother with their kits, bought 4 tests and every single one was invalid (no red line beside the control (C)).

After you wrote your real information . No login , No emails , no pass reset , no support line .

Can’t login after registered. No access to support line. Can’t reset login details

App is broken doesn’t accept any number in UAE

You cannot register because it says invalid phone number

Same .. its not working for uae users Says not valid number

When I enter my UAE mobile number .. it says enter valid number again again.. I cannot access the app without registration. And it doesnot accept my UAE number..app doesn't work!!

I cannot enter a phone number it keeps asking for valid mobile number. Does it take international numbers and if so in what format?
