Great app. Simple to check out Doctors and book appointments.

Mediclinic doesn’t allow for more than a single parent to “care” for their child. Very dated thinking. The app is very buggy and frustrating to use. My son has THREE profiles in the app because the data management is a mess! I selected to filter for a Dr. in the next 24hrs, i was shown a list with each one indicated as available “Today”, but once tapping to book the availability was more like 5 DAY OUT!!! Just a waste of time and doesn’t help when managing a sick kid!

Absolute garbage, nothing works, don’t even try to use this terrible app

Couldn’t sign up, so buggy. Blank DOB section, then takes you back to opt page. Basics of ux in an app

After reading the reviews for this app, it’s clear the reported issues have not been addressed. Might look to use another health provider if they can’t even get the app right.

This app is such a frustrating waste of time. Impossible to download documents and book appointments. Waste of time

The availability on the search results is never the same as the availability when you go to book so you waste so much time moving between screens with different information. You cannot search by hospital AND speciality, only or the other. It’s much easier just to call for an appointment, the app is very frustrating.

Otp doesn’t automatically insert. Constantly asks to accept cookies but need to move to landscape in order to accept. Needs to be user tested properly. Should be able to sync with calendar and hold insurance information.

Tried booking appointments via the app, it freezes & you are unable to go any further. Have tried a couple of times to reinstall app. Pointless.
