Рекламу для скачивания приложения и своих услуг вы делаете на русском языке, но при этом в самом приложение русский не поддерживается.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with this delivery company's service, which I accessed through their app. It has been three months since I ordered my package, and it has yet to arrive. My suspicion is that it may have been lost, but I have no way to confirm this due to the lack of communication and assistance from the company. One of the most frustrating aspects was the difficulty I encountered in trying to reach out to their customer support. It was a real challenge to even find a way to contact them through the app. When I finally managed to send a message, their only advice was to wait longer. So, I waited another month, hoping for some resolution or at least an update. However, when I reached out again, my concerns were met with complete silence. There has been no response whatsoever. This experience has been incredibly disheartening. Not only have I been inconvenienced by the long wait for my package, but the lack of customer support and the apparent disregard for my situation is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone, given the poor communication and unreliable delivery times.

Заказывал несколько товаров с доставкой в США. Объединил посылки, всё доехало за 10 дней в целости и сохранности. Очень доволен работой!

Не приходит код для Казахстана на номер, чтобы зарегистрироваться

Ввела данные карты, вышло диалоговое окно верификация карты. Мы осуществили транзакцию … нужно ввести сумму … Но никакой суммы списано не было! В службу поддержки могу написать только после верификации.

Пришла посылка, я сформировал её и подготовил к отправке, началась эта вся ситуация и меня забанили в личном кабинете. Из за этой ситуации, из за того что я русский. Виноват ли я ?

NEVER,NEVER use this company!! Me,being Ucrainian frim Lviv, was using their service since 2013,now they blocked the accounts and all the goods delivered to their warehouse disappeared for this reason. They blocked the same way Russian,Bielorussian accounts , but Ucrainian ones as well!! Thiefs!!!!

Никому не советую пользоваться услугами данной компании 1. Не стали отправлять одной посылкой вещи из Германии ( сумма вещей была на 1500€) Пришлось отправлять 5-6 отправками где я за каждую доставку заплатил 20-30€ 2. Одна из посылок мне до сих пор не пришла ( спустя 1,5 месяца отправки), а после написания заявление в техподдержку заблокировали мне аккаунт
