Keeps all my appointments organized and easy to access! With fast and easy ways to connect my doctor or someone I can get quick and easy explanation on the symptoms or if I should create an appointment based off my symptoms!

Easy to use

The APP tells me I need to check in, so I do. Then it tells me check-in is incomplete. I go back to check-in again and there isn’t anything there!

The Mercy App is intuitive and easy to use.

Instead of updating the existing app, Mercy issued a new app without explaining how or which to use. I believe the new app is missing several features (such as ability to update meds across OU and Mercy and see all doctors’ profiles). Utterly useless.

I am so glad I have this app. It helps me with my meditation and visit appointments.

Immediate access to my records and the ability to review historical data allows me to be more proactive and involved in my healthcare. When trending data is available on certain test results I am able to see if my efforts to make more healthy choices are having a positive effect. I do wish trending data was available more often, though.

Meds are not refilled in a timely manner. New nurses have been denying filling refills without any knowledge or insight about the patient!

I use MyMercy all the time. It is how I communicate with my doctors and their nurses. I look up my test results, update my records, and pay my bill using MyMercy. I think it is a great tool for patients to have and be able to utilize.
