Bad things cause I’m trying to register but there is no any option and even I clicked forget and trying to reset but remain not logging.

Garbage app that asks you to change password to login randomly. You could be in a hospital in an emergency but you have spend 10 minutes changing your password

Dear MetLife, It is great that MetLife costumers are able to manage everything through an app. The issue I continuously face with the app is every time I log in I am asked to change my password. 1. It is annoying because sometimes you need to access the app quickly, and this prompt stops you from doing so. 2. I am literally tuning out of passwords to use.

Keep signing out all the time, keep changing the password every 5 minutes, I can’t even call the call center

Can’t see my medical card , can’t access the app with my wife details !

Whenever im trying to login through app it is directing me to change password

The agents sweet talk as long as they have a product to sell. After selling the product and making their bonuses, the service disappears!

Worst app I have tried! It doesn't work with anything. No providers list can be viewed, no clear messages when you enter wrong password or email. It’s useless

The app is really bad would give it 0 if I could. Crashes, gets stuck and so slow
