"The Moochies app is the companion app for MyMoochies, a wearable phone and GPS locator for kids 4-16 years old. Parents can call and locate their child right from their phone using the Moochies app.
The Moochies Kids Watch can make and receive calls with up to 20 pre-set numbers. The MyMoochies uses a combination of GPS, Wifi and GSM to provide the most accurate location information, giving kids the freedom to be kids and parents a little extra peace of mind.
With the Moochies app you can:
1. COMMUNICATE:
- Make and receive calls to pre-set contacts from your Smartphone via MyMoochies.
2. LOCATE:
- Check the location of the child wearing a MyMoochies.
- Set the frequency of automatic location updates or manually update location of the device.
3. SAFEZONES:
- A SafeZone is a virtual boundary parents can set around a particular location. Once a SafeZone is set via the app, you will receive a notification when your child leaves the boundary of the SafeZone.
- You can set time parameters for each safe zone (for example around a school only during school hours).
4. VOICE CHAT:
- Parents and children can communicate with each other via voice chat, emoticons and one-way text messages.
5. FAMILY MEMBERS:
- Invite family or friends to be the approved contact of the MyMoochies, the family members can check the location of the child wearing the device.
6. SOS:
- By pressing the SOS button on the watch, it triggers an automatic location alert, which is sent to all linked family members."

Frustrating
Using the watch and app is frustrating. We can’t send voice notes anymore and the worst is the SOS function is not working anymore too! We’ve been testing the SOS hoping to make it work but we are not getting any calls or notifications that my kid pressed the SOS :(
Don’t recommend
Can’t even get into the app and the watch says my daughter is in another country but they continue to charge me. So disappointed
PATHETIC
These watches are a total waste of money and time, the watches DO NOT work as advertised and the app is just as bad. I would not recommend them in the slightest. From the moment I got them they have not worked properly I have gotten a replacement and still have problems continually, I got them to stay in touch with my children but they are useless for that as they are riddled with problems and the app is no help as it doesn’t work so I’m stuck with nothing more than an expensive paper weight. I would give zero stars if i could.
Waste of money
As p1.Wh review. Completely agree. The app never works - always comes up with “something went wrong. Try again later” The GPS is always out. The battery doesn’t even last a day. Even after charging all night. Terrible. Waste of money.

I cannot get this thing to work was so excited about it and now disappointed and I’ve waited to long to get my money back
Biggest piece of rubbish
This watch and it’s app are USELESS! Nothing works, biggest waste of money. DONT DO IT!
No customer support and constant problems
When it works it’ Was ok but with each update there are more problems we haven’t been able to use our watch for two months now because the app won’t allow us to add contacts so my som cannot contact us. After contacting the customer support we have been told in email there’s nothing they can do it’s an app issue .
This watch is useless!
I have had no end of trouble with this watch from the day we got it it hasn’t worked properly. It’s impossible to get answers from customer service and takes weeks to get things fixed only for the watch to stop working if it’s not the watch it’s the app that’s not working. I got this to be able to keep in contact with my child as a safety thing and I cannot do this. Right now it was recharged via direct debit last week and she cannot call me and I cannot access the app to contact customer support. Waste of money and so stressful knowing that it does not do what it says it does. And the gps puts my child 50km + away from her actual location, sometimes even in a different country!!!
Absolute garbage
Phone says she’s out in the ocean. App is junk Absolute waste of money
