Enter log in details and it crashes and closes the app instantly

The app just crashes and throws you out every time i try to log in. Been trying for about 6 months now 😂 probably the most pointless app i have ever come across!

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever had the misfortune to use. It crashes almost every time the app is opened. If, by some miracle the app opens successfully, then you get a message saying it's unable to access whatever you want to access.

This app used to be fine but now it constantly gives errors and you can’t do anything on it

I’ve never been able to login to the app. I have to use a browser to access my account. Put the same details into the app and it just crashes absolutely useless iOS 17.5

Tried to update bank details. Always reports bank that bank details are invalid. Shame that the never works properly and nobody at the company seems to care.

App doesn’t work with iOS, just crashes each time you try to open your login details.

I recently got a new phone and had to re-log in (not an issue) but every time I get to the passcode section of the log in and press ok the app crashes. I have no idea how much I have left to pay what my early repayment figure is and I want to increase my payments but I cannot because the app is failing at the most crucial step. FIX IT

Keep getting we are unable to obtain account details message, used to work but recently all I’m having is this message. Absolutely shocking app

Can’t makes over-and-above payments, as they are legally required to do. Request a settlement figure and you get a message telling you to call them. With so many bad reviews, they should be fined or shut down. It’s likely designed to force people to go full term and make them more money - scandalous and almost as bad as a scam
