Useless app from a useless more hungry company. A company worth so much millions running ads on their app homepage making it difficult to by data on the app, and even use it general, all these on an app that is already clunky and looks like bootstrapped webView, shame on you mtn

Downloaded in general the application. I am in Cyprus, but not in Africa! In the list of the countries for the choice - only the African continent! And where Cyprus????

Doesn’t seem to be working on iPhone.

I paid R499 for 10GB of data. Amount was debited from my bank account, and no data has been credited to my phone. This was almost a month ago. MTN have been “investigating”, but have done nothing concrete. Highly disappointing to have money stolen by a massive national telecommunications company.

After going through the tedious process of identification.... I closed the app, now it just doesn’t start again. The circly thing of doom just keeps wheeling around. Thought it might be a glitch on the iPad version, so I downloaded it on my phone, same tedious ID process and lo, same result. Other mobile providers are offering web based access to account details, that works. This doesn’t for me, if it’s just me well what’s 1 customer right?

Ever since i download this app it just refuses to open

It can’t even load on my iPad instead it says can’t connect to the server

Good UI, but the service on the app is bad. It logs me out unexpectedly, plus I can’t perform any momo transaction on the app. It always says “not connected to the internet” even when I am. I can’t even check my balance. This has been going on for more than 6 months. Please fix this issue and pay more attention to how the app works and not just the UI.
