I tried to open my Mtn app it keeps on loading deleted it, installed it again yet it doesn’t open. Please if the creation of this app was to make transactions easy for the consumer/customers then all our reviews should be taken in consideration. Definitely the popularly used network is MTN in Nigeria so having issues with the app is dissatisfying and disappointing also. If the management can see to this discomforting problems it will help everyone.

Takes forever before you make purchases on the app

I hate that I have to re login almost every day just to check my data balance or subscribe. This is a terrible feature and very inconvenient

I regret so much downloading this. The app keeps freezing. The sad thing is I didn’t even get to explore the app after downloading I had a problem registering so I had to use a different method, now that I’m done registering the app and it only shows a blank page. I don’t even want to talk plenty, the way I’m angry erhh

This is the 3rd time , I will buy data on the app and instead of giving me my full data of 25gb am seein 655mb left , in this hard economy , it’s so distasteful coming from a big company like Mtn , it’s just a Scam , get your act together

This is the most useless app I’ve ever seen in my entire existence. I wonder why an app made my telecommunication company that sells data to people will be data dependent. Make it make sense, I need to buy data before I can access the app to buy a data. What if I’m in a place where I can’t get internet to connect to before I can get to buy data? The interface is poorly design to the stage that you can’t even navigate your way around the app easily Should I even talk about how I can’t get to view both my airtime balance and data balance after I’ve deleted the app and downloaded the app for the 2624th time in order to see maybe there will be change.. I could have sworn MTN doesn’t rate its user fr because there’s no amount of complaint I’ve not made This app is the next worst thing after death of a relatives

I bought a data plan that requires transfer(digital bundle) since Thursday and I made the transfer and I’m yet to receive my data even as at now… This happens every time I purchase the data that I have to call the customer service and it takes hours before I eventually get the data This time is different I’ve purchased this data bundle I’ve made the transfer I didn’t get the data,I called the customer care they told me to wait for 24hrs I waited from 24 hours to more than 72 hours now I’ve not received the data And all they can tell me now is that the transaction wasn’t successful that I should visit my bank,even after sharing the receipt of the transaction with them they still insist on me visiting my bank…… My experience on this app hasn’t not been a pleasant one because if the customer service was good they would have detected immediately if the transaction was successful or not and not telling me to wait for hours only to end up telling me that the transaction wasn’t successful…….what if I needed to do something urgent with the data!!!! And I’ve very certain that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue…… Issues like this need immediate intervention please Thank you ❤️

Worthless, very horrible App. It takes over 48-72 hours to deliver or credit the airtime or data bought after a successful bank payment. Transaction keeps failing and after several calls to your call center, I still don't get a refund nor the airtime credited. Honestly, everything about this app is a low budget and a total waste of time. Transacting with this app is the worst I've ever experienced.
