This version has messed up Login process, which now takes a huge amount of time and effort to complete. It has blocked me from using Autofill and Facial Recognition ID without a way to correct.

The Logout key should be easier to get to. The first time around I couldn’t even find it. Allow it to be a shortcut

When logging in, does not allow me to use Face ID. Must use user id and password even though Face ID is set up.

Can’t switch between accounts because the {NOT YOU} area is not responsive. If you have the zoomed setting on your phone due to your visual needs. This issue was mentioned before but it must not be important for the app developers. Making it harder for us caregivers who are also patients. They got it looks okay so their job is done here.

I’m pretty sure the fact that my mother shared her profile access with me within this app has led to many issues on the App Store where it thinks that I am my mother, but I’m actually myself.

I have been trying to send a message for 3 1/2 hours and all I get is error with server. Try again later. Why?
