Lousy App
I am member yet unable login No wonder poor rating 🤦♂️
Just can’t launch My NTUC
Really problematic.
White blank screen
stuck in queue waiting for app to produce my QR code. give me white blank screen. still havent receive my ntuc card
Unable to log in after update
Unable to log in after App update App page kept showing no connection
Lousy update
Super lousy update. Keep saying no membership when I am a ntuc union member. Need not say more. The problem has been reported by so many.
Inconvenience
App constantly update and sign you out when you about to use it or when you at ntuc market.. Very slow. And not convenient at all.. End up using the card.. It had been frustrating to use. With such a low rating yet still no improvement.

Lousy App
This App is terrible, a lot of times it will says I am not connected to internet to check my network. And it also can’t open after clicking the App it just went blank the whole time. Don’t even deserve one star.
App Lapses always
It takes 10-15min for App to be established, being in this 21st centuries , such App should be improved n many Client will run AWOL if persist 👎👎👎👎👎
