MYOB Invoice

Was fine until 2025. Crashes when basically doing anything. View contacts, tax code (something went wrong). Reinstall works for a bit, then randomly stops working. Remove the invoice description character limit. I'm on iOS. Old MYOB app was a lot better. Fix it, or I'm moving to Xero.

App doesn’t even work anymore. Can’t seem to get past login screen.

There was so much promise with this app. The older version worked well and integrated with our eftpos system. Albeit a little slow. This newer version promised to be better. So much time was poured into development 4 years ago only for it to not work at all now. I even worked with the development team to let them know what we required as users. Now there appears to be no app at all for MYOB. Really disappointed. I can’t look up on my phone to see how sales are doing for the day. And the app doesn’t work at all.

I can’t even get into see invoices at all because it logs in and stays there forever, can’t create send or edit invoices. No point in even having the app installed.

After the most recent update, the passcode login feature is no longer working. Now I have to click on “forgot password” and login with my password. It was working well before the update. Please fix.

The only improvement is you can now make an invoice for a contact that is a supplier and a customer. Everything else is backwards. No touch/Face ID. Viewing of invoices by contact used to be instant now not unless detailed search is made. No fast alphabet index down the side slow to use and no numeric keypad activation for number entry. If you’re expecting big things prepare for serious underwhelming. Can’t hide inactive customers and can’t discount and invoice. Every day I try to use this app the more junk I find it. Basically rubbish.

Invoices cannot be itemised, as with the previous version which could multiply hourly rate with hours worked and add invoiced items. This version does none of that

I see myob online now has “sales orders”, but still not in app. I’ve also suggested multiple times to myob this should be added. Useful if a job is pending and stock is needed to be added “on the go” for us tradies.

App doesn’t work at all , and keep crashing

One of many things - While creating an invoice, it doesn’t let me save the data I input. It does nothing! Save button doesn’t work!
