App is really nice and convenient for reloading without going to a physical kiosk but it would really be a step forward if Apple wallet integration is made available to tap and pay on buses and train stations.

This app doesn’t do anything the website doesn’t.

This is the worst transit app I’ve ever used. No integration with password managers on the sign up. No auto complete. Links during the sign up process don’t redirect to the app. Text fields are all super wonky. I’m visiting Seattle and this app is frustrating and I’m not even past sign up. On top of that the transit system doesn’t take express payment from Apple Wallet. I’m not sure who decided to write this thing in some cross platform framework that was not up to the job. But this app is not good. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch.

Great that i can load the card through the app and I love that it linked my reduced fare card, but I can’t use it to pay with my phone/Apple Wallet.

The app, while good intentioned, has a lot of glitches around user account and payment account management. I say poor quality control because the version history does not indicate anything specific about what has been fixed; the version history descriptions are all the same. It’s as if a junior level developer is in charge of the app. I really want to like the app which has a lot of potential, but just isn’t realized yet.

The app functions okay, but whatever happened to the promise of Apple Wallet?

It’s not letting me add money to it bad app what’s the point of I have to log onto the computer to add money instead of using this app

The Orca system has improved drastically over the years. It makes getting around Washington so incredibly easy.

As an app developer who works on both Android and iOS it’s pretty bad that after all these years a barely functional Android Pay is introduced and still no Apple Pay option. This is intern level work.

Can’t use your phone to pay. Orca is so poorly run they don’t have a vending machine at the airport according to their site??? You’ve been able to use your phone or a normal credit card on every transit system all over the world since like 2012 but orca can’t figure this out in 2024. I want to give orca my money but they’re too stupid to take it.
