Been with Penn Medicine PCP Spruce Internal Medicine with Dr Noble for several years. She no longer is my PCP. I have been transferred to Delancey group. I have two choices a make. A male MD or a female DO doctor. I wanted to stay with Internal Medical Group with Dr Danielewitz MD as my primary care physician. She is similar to Dr Noble and would fit my needs. I was told last week it was determined that I never was seen by her so I must go to Delancey 2 drs. I want a woman MD doctor and Delancey group doesn’t have an opening? I’m disappointed in this new decision to move me from Spruce Internal Med group with only 2 choices. Bj

I ljke accessing everything Penn Medicine in 1 simple application.

Terrible layout, not user friendly at all. The old app was 1000x better.

While the app is improved significantly over the years, the requirement for pre-check in includes a more than 20 paragraph onerous sign your rights away agreement. While it says you can decline using photographs for other than direct care purposes, you have to agree to PM using them before you can separately put in a request to exclude photography. Nowhere is there mention of how you do this.

Love this app. Saves me a lot of time at the counter upon arrival. I pre-register all the time. Keeps me up to date and provides me with all my medical info at my fingertips.

I used to be able to see more lab results and medical history history. Bring back the data, please.

I always knew that MyChart was the underlying infrastructure for Penn’s app but it was better than Main Line Health and Jefferson’s MyChart apps. Recently MyPennMedicine has rebranded as “MyChart by myPennMedicine” and it’s gotten worse. Received a bill that I should be able to pay in the app or online but once logged in, there is no link to pay. Wanted to contact tech support and finding that information is like seeking the holy grail. Please, Penn, you are better than this.

This is absolutely the best and easiest portal I’ve ever used. The ability to get in touch by message to my Physician is extremely helpful. The ability to get my last visit with my physician is done quickly. I can see my latest lab results and check on upcoming appointments.
