Make it more accurate please. Sometimes it shows no bus departed, but then the bus pass by🥲the previous apps was better for me. Looking forward for more accurate update in the future, thank you!

App always fail to give correct arrival time of the bus and it seems that this functionality is not even working or not there to begin with. For example the app tells you the bus is coming in 15 minutes after that the app tells you the same thing. So you basically wait 30 minutes. Whats the point of making the app if its functionality fails.

This one and the previous one stays the same with no image of the busses shown when im picking my route to my destination.Also the time of bus arrival is very confusing because of the busses that didnt shown on the app

According to the apps, the bus T786 should start moving at 11:20am, but I’ve waited for more than 20 minutes. What use of schedule if you didn’t follow?

Bad product owner, bad developers, bad designers, one of the worse app, keep loading

Is this app perfect? No. However after suffering with the new version of PULSE, coming back to this is wonderful.

Terrible user experience. No linking between features & functionalities. Features built are just for the sake of building, without thinking through the use-case. Reasonable user wouldn’t want to: 1. Know the live location of the mode of transport, without knowing the ETA of the mode of transport. NO USER WANTS TO GUESS THE ETA. 2. Want to find the best mode of transport him/herself. A reasonable user would: 1. Identify the destination 2. Be suggested the best mode of transport, based on the current location, with the ETA (whether based on live location & traffic of the transport or the ETA already accounted for the live location) 3. Be suggested the best station/ time to onboard based on the mode of transport 4. Start the journey by knowing when should arrive at the pick-up point. (Otherwise no point continue with that mode of transport) 5. Being notified when journey started & when to drop off. But the management of this publicly funded entity decided to place some potatoes for the role who decided to throw the feature of live location & route suggestions & journey planning, all separately. Man, flow above is basically GoogleMap flows. Not like you’re cracking something fresh on this mother planet. Bravo. Whoever designing the user journey, you need to be better at your job.

Downloaded this app. Try to register but never got the OTP email (email is correct). Then registered an account via the website, but unable to login using the app. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Thank you.

Doesn’t show the bus movement and estimate arrival. Please fix

When typing the destination is kept loading for so long and not showing the suppose route to take. Please take a room of improvement, don't create an app just for the sake of it without any benefit to users.
