Catastrophic
This may be one of the worst apps constructed. I spent over 3 hours trying to pay in full for my golf trip we booked for September. My credit card company says it’s on the golf app’s end because nothings holding my card back from being charged the amount. I then call my assistant in the app to sort out the payment issues and he punched everything in the same way I have been in his system and it keeps saying error unable to take payment blah blah. The system just isn’t accepting payment. I then get one of my friends to make the payment which is fine we’ll square all of that out not a problem. Now it’s not even letting me log in to the app, I’ve deleted it and reinstalled I know my email and password used and ERROR just keeps coming up. I went the forgot password route as well and yet again ERROR pops up. How do you expect to maintain good customer experience when simplicity is soo far away from what this app is. Do better, I hope the trip goes better than the headaches this app has caused.
