App is crashing

Till last day evening it was working and all of a sudden it has stopped working!

You can never login to this app. After entering all your basic information like Name , Nationality , DOB, Mail ID etc ……….when you try to login, you l get an error notification "Please select gender". The funniest thing is there is no option to choose or mention the gender in the App 😀😀😀😀😀

Enter mob no. - tried three times with UAE CODE, 05xxxxxxxx & 5xxxxxxx OTP verification - still waiting for OTP.

I can’t able to register.

After purchasing the groceries they asked me to download the application to get rewarding points .But this application til not even working or able to login .It’s acts wired .Either not getting any fault report or any missing points but just remain unresponsive to signup / log in .

Please fix the issue with the app and update the app to able to register my data

Registration is difficult and This online coupons are not avilable. I checked with the customer service team. They blames my I phone. There is no proof for my coupon. They are in their words. I doubt the genuinity of this draws as they can't clear my dou.
