Terrible. App inside mpesa isn’t working. Called customer care and unprofessional girl tells me stories 20 mins. It was disgusting even to listen you can’t withdraw own money. Don’t put stupid apps on your platform please. At the end myself asking zuri went 334 and all it’s okay. Why you hire such people and even placing such investment platforms you don’t know how they operate ?

Is there a way to stop the promo texts and requests to register SIM card even after it is done. This is very annoying and unprofessional. Please stop.

Please enlarge the Font, most people can not read those tiny fonts. Due to this many peole have lost a lot of money by accidentsly adding zero or misding zrroa or any number due to this tiny fonds

I am unable to properly pay my fiancée’s phone bill from my account and share with her in a family plan. Can someone please address this issue and verify that my status is active and there is nothing limiting me on the my account usage and including her in my family share for this account service.
