Dont get this sim very worst network very bad experience

They are changing plan from them self. From prepaid to postpaid very bad network no response from salam office also if you want to change plan you have to lose your last bill and new bill recommended not to use

1101 technical team needs more improvement other than that all good

Very disappointed with service. I have using the sim for more than 6 months and it was prepaid. Now it automatically changed to postpaid and charging me fees. I have not used the sim for more than 2 months now. Really not happy with it. I called the customer care to terminate but no answer.

The request number:REQ000001239077 is pending for many days. I'm unable to call anyone. No one can call me either as the ‘call is failed’ message is shown. The technical team is resolve this issue.

I am using this service from last 2-3 months and I recently came to india on a visit and the saudi number is not working on roaming. I tried very hard to connect with the salam costumer care service but always i got no person to connect. No response to the emails. No response to the msgs sent on social media.

International packages are not available on this network
