Should have incorporated the islander function into this app.

Insincere to have a app just to catch up with “digitisation”. Obvious that UAT was not done properly and whatever money has been spent on the development of the app has gone to waste other than having a trophy to show for. “Yes, we have an app” perhaps is all this is good for.

app keeps crashing and can’t be opened

App can’t scan in receipts cos cam function not working. Also it is incredibly difficult to use the app. The Sentosa restaurants will only tell you after the meal that the app cannot be used to clock points. Don’t know why I pay for Sentosa membership..

Can't really say it do help deliver personalized experience to user. Can't even login to show my profile or e-card... How can I trust doing purchases from this app. Feel like a waste of data...
