Quite a hassle using this app as it requires to always input email and password every time I use it. Hope they can improve on this.

Not helpful. Avoiding duties and answering for a long time. This for a representative named “Gel”. I hope the corrective action will be provided. If he or she doesn’t like to work. Please terminate her. Very disappointing.

Unlike Meralco or Manila Water, this app utterly usless

I installed the app for convenience but everything you touch in the sky app will re direct to safari or google. What’s the point of it then? Useless.

What’s the point of having app when it will always redirect to Internet browser

Using iphone14 promax, iOS 16.5 When I access the app click on anything, it just redirects me to open my account via Web (Safari). I mean what is even the point? Wish I could give a negative rating Would have excused this if the internet service is good but it’s not. Never is.

Utterly disgusted. Horrible service

This is app is a piece of trash. Most functions would redirect you to a webpage. And I know for sure that this is just a webpage app and not a true app. 0 star if there is!
