This app and the people monitoring it are both horrible, the people at spot has no clue about helping us when this app is no working.

You can't even open this app unless you give them permission for a constant location. It should be my choice and not a must. I HATE this app so much. I have to use it all the time but it is terrible. Everything about it is terrible. I am not sure who designed this but they need to be fired. You need to take a peak at Coyot Logistics app and take some notes. Now that is an app that works.

Spot has the worst app in trucking business. Whoever made this app for them should issue them refund immediately. Can’t search for loads or anything. App just keeps loading and nothing happens. Spot is ok but whoever made this app for them is not very good at making apps and should stop immediately making apps for people. Spot wasted their money on this app for no reason. Or maybe they didn’t spend any money. Maybe they tried developing the app themselves.

One more scam application wants to sell your personal data to anybody.

Yet another episode of “let us track you and sell your personal information, but still call and hassle you about ETA” 30 minute to pickup, 4 phone calls. I’ve had crazy ex’s that were far less clingy than these people. USE YOUR OWN APP TO CHECK MY LOCATION IDIOT. Trucking used to be chill until people like this decided that they need to know where their load of SODA is at every single second. ITS SODA. NO ONE WILL DIE FROM IT BEING LATE

1 star it is way way too much for this app... This is my first review ever but I have to do it... I have nothing good to say about this app... Needs to stay open in background all the time with the gps to refresh the location, if you go power saving in your phone its crushing and not updating the location anymore and drains the phone battery very very fast! Beside that you are gonna receive text messages every 5 to 10 minutes saying the app cannot determine the location! Idk how Apple allows this kind of apps on the app store, shame!

Signing In / Out is a hassle in it’s self . Because it signs you out every time ( Useless Feature ). Changing your status ( Arrive , En Route , Etc .. ) per shipper / receiver is even harder ; since that options isn’t available most of the time . UI/UX design is terrible . As , you can tell per other ratings . If you have to use this on a daily . I’m sorry for the mental strain , you’ll be put through . Don’t believe me , download the app yourself …

Works for me no issues

Simply because of this app and Spot freights refusal to send RCs as a pdf, I’ll never run for this company again. App, website everything is trash
