Для меня iPad является далеко не основным инструментом работы, что бы выкладывать такую сумму, да и за десктопный инструмент такого рода считаю возможным платить, когда инструментарий близок к Navicat. Само приложение приглянулось.

Why DB password field can’t be empty? My database don’t have password for root user, and I can’t connect to it with your app.

Не даёт подключиться к базе, не выполняет базового функционала без оплаты. Какой смысл встроенных покупок или подписки, если даже ознакомиться невозможно?

I paid for a lifetime subscription a few years back, but they changed their pricing model out of the blue and I had to start paying monthly/annually. Did that for a while, until recently. Hard to justify paying so much for a MySQL app..

Has zero functionality without paying $60/yr. should not be listed with free apps.

Whether or not the description in the app store indicates that a purchase is required to see the results set, this app is clearly NOT free and such a statement is unethical and deceptive, at best. Falsely stating that the app is "free" causes the app to be shown when a search for free apps is made. It is free to the same degree that a solitaire game app that displays the cards, but, for a small fee, allows the player to actually move them, is free. It fails essentially of its purpose as a free app. It is useless unless a purchase is made. Therefore, it is a payment-required app and advertising it as anything else is a lie.
