You should have just leave the old version alone. It was good, very easy to use and simple unlike this newest update which is very unorganized.

Sobrang bagal, terminate nyo gumawa.. pahirapan magreset password need pa OTP e nawala na nga luma number ! Hindi tuloy makahulog contri. PAHIRAP KAU SA OFW! Sa inyo nlng yang SSS nyo

App is not user friendly and service takes forever, esp disbursement account approval. Ive been applying for almost a month now with sufficient proof. SSS is like a scammer, they take your money and never allow you to take advantage of their service! Such a shame!

Hindi pinag isipan yung app bago gawin. Masyadong komplikado. Masstress ka lang.

The old version of app is way better than this new one. I cannot find the services that i need like maternity benefit calculation inquiry. And how am i supposed to submit the requirements if you didn’t even mention in the procedure like personally go to one of your branch or can submit it online (app).

I always checked my SSS online acc since i contribute every payroll but until now the totall amount of my contribution still not updated

This new app is much improved compared to the old version. However, it is missing the Apply Loan, Loan Status, Loan Payment Schedule & Payments made. Please include in the next version upgrade. Thank you!

The idea of bringing SSS services to your fingertips is commendable, but the app falls short in execution. The user interface (UI) needs significant improvement—it feels outdated and unintuitive, as though no UI designer was involved in creating a seamless, user-friendly experience. Navigation is cumbersome, and the icons lack clarity and polish. Another major drawback is the removal of the loan application feature, which was present in the previous version of the app. This functionality is crucial and should be reinstated to help minimize the number of members physically lining up at SSS offices to file their loan applications. There’s a lot of potential for improvement here. I highly recommend that SSS conduct design thinking workshops, actively gather user feedback, and iterate the app based on these insights. Doing so could transform this app into a truly helpful tool for its members.

Waist of time…. Updating back and forth but nothing happens…
