Bugs bugs bugs
I cannot log in on my iOS.
Full of bugs
Im using STC for 1 year and I do so only because I don’t have any alternatives. So far I noticed that all STC employees I asked for help in brunches are unfriendly and don’t care about your issues. Now the app... I can not login with my id or whatever because they registered sim to unknown ID. And sometimes you are not receiving even sms code to log in. You can not recharge using app and you can not even sign in because the password you just received in sms is wrong. So that is why STC deserves 0 out of 10.
Authorization doesn’t work
What an idiot created this app? First of all, what for you create two levels of authorization? Second, your authorization in the app DOES NOT WORK! I receive a password from you (by sms or by email), try to put it - and very happy to read that password is wrong! Weird app! Looks like it’s time to switch to Zain.
