What’s the point of pretending an app goes along with your steam shower when the app doesn’t even work??
Finds the Steamist control device once every 6 or 7 times I attempt to use it. Worthless app for which Steamist should be embarrassed to keep out there.
Currently the app only lets you turn the system on and off. I wish it allowed you to turn on and off, adjust temperature, change the aroma and schedule the time to come on. Ours takes about 40 minutes to get up to temperature so it would be nice to schedule it 40 minutes before we get up in the morning.
Worked great for about 3 months. Now it won’t work at all. Tried resetting all settings and redownloading the app but nothing. Can’t get anyone to help me out with it.
You can turn on your steamer settings one or 2. It has issues on mixed networks (2.4 and 5). Just separate at connect to 2.4 and works great.
Agree with other reviews. Love the steam shower, but the app is basically an on/off switch. And when the shower is paused, the app can’t even unpause the shower.
This app is broke with Apple’s iOS update.
This app has very limited functionality and almost useless. For the amount of money you pay for the controls it should be able to operate your full system including music, etc.
All it does is turn the unit on/off. I would like to be able to control my lights/music
I have a steamist total sense system with shower sense. My wife and I use the all the time to preheat our shower or start a steam session. Never had any trouble with the app on our iPhones. On my iPad however the app only works in portrait mode and can't be docked in ios 11. I would like to see a more ipad friendly version emerge.
