Please fix the games
All of the games crash at a point, in my mac and on my ipad. I love playing so please fix it

Freezing
I bought mystery case files unlocked ravenhurst and part way through one of the puzzles has froze. Why pay all that money when you can’t complete game or have to start over.
Locks up!
Once you get into the game a ways it just freezes up! $9.99 for nothing.
Puzzles instructions unclear
It was really dark and a bit lame at the end. I would have been really ticked if I paid full price. I did enjoy the extras and that I could finish collecting the signs, like lighthouses. I had 38/40. Also get to go to each room and get a collectible. That was a good idea with not much follow through.

I had already purchased this game when it first came out. Now you expect me to pay again. Pfft!!! Big fish is BIG RIP OFF

Please update all the mystery case files games so it works with ios 13

I paid for each of the MCF games for iPad, and none of them work now, please update so they are compatible with the current iOS.
Dark theme and colour
I just couldn’t get into this game, maybe because of the dark theme. I ended up skipping a number of the puzzles because I found the instructions were unclear, even using the game guide. I may have lost patience with the game as I neared the end and just wanted to finish it and start the next game I had. The game was long, which would have been positive if I had enjoyed it. I’ve played one other Mystery Case File game, The Revenant (sp), and I enjoyed that one even though I found some of the puzzle instructions unclear it that game as well.
