I’m unable to open the app, keeps crashing, please fix!

This app I have been playing for years. Now all of a sudden I’m having problems with my updating and saving progress. This is very irritating. I was wag up on a level near 1800 and its very discouraging to loss my progress. If someone isn’t done to reinstate those levels, I’m ot putting another dime into this game.

I’m not one to give ratings but this game deserves it. I can’t begin to say how many years I have been playing. I have completed the initial plot and am on level 2810. In all that time I have never had any issues with the same software. I have played on both iPhone and Samsung. I’ve played by myself with no help from friends. I intend to continue playing until there are no more levels. Which I hope doesn’t happen.

I used to love this game but now they keep giving you puzzle pieces but there’s no puzzle and it’s like they don’t want to give you anything, even the extra moves have dropped from 5 to 3 and the coins you earn is less what you actually need to buy extra time.

Please update the game.

I actually love this game. It’s fun and challenging. The flaw is it crashes and even if you have logged in via apple, you lose your progress, coins, lives and special powers which you paid good money for. I had thousands of lives lost and never reinstated. And just recently, the game crashed again. I paid money for those lives and I expect them to get fully reimbursed

After years of playing through the frustration of game resets if the phone rings or a text arrives, lives and progress lost, I have reached my breaking point. With plenty of coins in the bank, poster pieces awaiting reveal, and playing the “VIP” league and on track for the holiday contest, I was forced to accept a new user privacy agreement. In doing so, the entire game rest as if I had never played, all coins and years of tournament progress was lost. Thanks but I’m not interested in starting all over again. Time to delete this ridiculously buggy app since the company’s response to all my queries has ended with the statement that “f you don’t sign in using social media or the Game Center there is nothing we can do to help”. So congratulations you have finally pushed me beyond the threshold of extreme patience I have always allowed this game.

And I don’t like it. Revenue generating sure but perhaps make the bundles for coins and boosters a better value and players will buy more. But I’m seriously not happy with ads.

Love this game, but so tired of it rebooting every time I get a call or text message. I lose a life, plus progress on challenges for no reason, other than faulty programming. Fix this!
