Mystic Words – Figure out 7 words with clues!

There have been many comments/complaints that the free daily puzzle doesn’t work. But the admins of the app seem to take no heed. I don’t recall ever seeing an update to this app in the App Store. The only thing that seems to change is occasional offers to unlock levels at a discount. I just now tried to go to app support, and it went nowhere. It looks like the administrators of this game are taking a “set it and forget it” approach.

Didn’t like that the daily puzzle did not work for a long time and also got to pack 36 and I guess I am done. Wish there were more packs

It’s been 6 years since an update, I still love playing this game but it’s been at least 2 years since the daily puzzle works. Please fix this. It’s hard to collect coins when you only get 3 coins for completing full levels, but the daily helped.

I’ve been using it for several years now to help myself recover from a mental issue. Before I found and started playing I had trouble remembering words and meanings but after several years I am better to the point of being able to express myself and even make small talk without fumbling too much. I have gone through and reset a few times but now a reset only allows me 20 levels. Please consider doing a refresh or update on this app. Thank you.

My free daily puzzle never works. This has been going on for at least a year or more. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It would be nice to get the rewards and have new puzzles. Rating otherwise would definitely be a five. Absolutely love the gameplay and concept but wish I could access all features.

I love this game, it hurts my brain and makes me think hahah BUT I use to love the daily puzzles and for almost 2 years it hasn’t worked. And I don’t know why. I see I’m not the only one with this problem too

Why is it the daily puzzle acts like it’s loading but then won’t open so we can play it?? Reading the other reviews, it seems you’ve known that it doesn’t work for quite some time now, but do nothing to fix it… I’m puzzled..

This has been one of my favorite games for a while now. I particularly loved the daily challenge. I would have given 5 stars, but the daily challenge I looked forward to every day has not worked in more than a year, and I believe it’s actually closer to two. Because of this I don’t play nearly as much as I had before the challenge stopped working. I had won the challenge every day for at least a couple years. This issue was the same on multiple devices, including one I had before this started, so it wasn’t a compatibility problem with a device. If this is fixed, I would love to update my review with the 5 stars I would love to give to this app.

I do love this game and have been playing off and on for several years. BUT I have a tiny but important. Complaint that maybe you could put back easily. On the old version you could at least bold the letters so they are easier to see with the clue. Please keep me posted . If that’s fine I will change your rating to 5 instead if there . Trace D
