This app doesn’t work for everyone

The map constantly resets the zoom back in the center of the map. Which makes using this app a pain now.

Google maps has the worst bus information ever. This app tell me where my bus is. I can the predict when it will arrive. I do have a request. When I zoom in the app repeatedly zooms me out when a bus moves. This makes it very difficult to keep track of what I’m looking at.

Updating my review from a few years ago. Yes these problems still have not been resolved. Dropped a star because another update full of bugs has made this app even more broken and frustrating to use. Hi yall. I use this app daily as I do not drive. One of the updates removed the ability to see your own location - which is helpful in unfamiliar areas so you can make sure you're at the right stop. I thought this was a bug and would be fixed, but it has not been addressed. The menu with the times automatically drops down to the bottom of the screen if you try to move it down a bit to see the map, making it impossible to pull up again without closing the app out entirely. I also thought this was a bug that would be fixed. This menu now bugs out and I have to tap a stop multiple times to see the menu, and the map automatically zooms out constantly which closes the menu and makes me lose my spot on the map. The app loses functionality with each update. Please actually test the app before and after rolling out an update.

Latest update resets zoom constantly Also in-app feedback seems to be broken. Nice lol and using the “star” just crashes the app. I don’t even know what that used to do. Also, location is required to show departure times at stops? Why?! So so bad

The most recent update has caused the app to become unstable. The map will not remain expanded and where I place it; it continually centers back and will not remain zoomed and were I need it. Please address!

Sometimes, the app doesn’t update but it’s usually on point with stops and arrivals

Great app. When it worked in my city Grand Rapids, Michigan for The Rapid Bus System, it showed live locations of each bus. It was amazing. The real time tracking was accurate and amazing. I felt more than prepared for the bus system no matter the time. A few years back, there was an update, and the real time tracking feature seemed to be disabled for all buses in the city. Routes show up, as well as stops, but not real time bus tracking.

Crashes a lot, times update wrong.

This app is down a lot, some buses don’t show up too.
