easy to use

The app is always crashing, and it makes it hard for me to even see my grades. That stuff is important! Please fix the glitches.

I have to restart it ALL the time! It currently isn’t even working atm! I also hate that you don’t get message notifications. I miss important messages often. At this point in time we should definitely have workable school apps.. so annoyed we’re resorting to this non-working app..

This app is helpful when it works. Many times when I click on the app, it just shows up blank and stays that way for a couple of days. I do not have this problem with any other app.

The app is fine for most of my purposes. However, there are no notifications when you receive a message. There should be push notifications for messages from teachers. I have missed important information because of this.

This is the absolute worst app. Messages from my son’s teacher don’t even come through, only when you are on the desktop version. It has caused me to miss important things and it’s been very upsetting. I hate that we have to use this app this year.

We were forced to use this app this year instead of another. I think if you’re going to force people to use it, you should at least have something that works and is user friendly. I’m sure someone/some folks worked hard on coding this, so I won’t go too hard on it but the front end is trash. Shell out the money and pay for a better interface at least. One that doesn’t glitch, fits in my full screen and the buttons work. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

We shouldn’t have to flip flop the phone to view items. This isn’t 2005. Not everyone can just hop on a lap top to view info. That’s why we have User Friendly Apps. Rather have Dogo and Remind back at this point.
