The App Store page says that Apple Wallet is supported but there is no obvious way to add the insurance policy to Apple Wallet for easy access. I have three insurance policies with Sukoon but only the medical insurance is showing in the app. The app seems to be limited to only medical insurance rather than all of “mySukoon”

So bad I can’t book an appointment by using the app. What is it for then I can’t understand the reason behind having this app while you can’t book an appointments. I advise you to remove it from the App Store and people pls don’t download it

The worst insurance. U have to wait for approval from the company before u take the medicine or any medical procedure for looong time. I don’t recommend at all

When you try to open this app, it’s takes 1 hour to open only, what do you except from medical insurance services? Really disappointing. Not recommending to anyone.

The app hangs from the starting itself. Wastage of time to install. Additionally, 0 support from customer service.

Bad service, fraud. Their connection with clinics are always down and they will never pickup calls. You have to pay by your pocket every time for checkup, if you’re mingle with these fraudsters. Please avoid to register with Oman Insurance Company -Sukoon Sukoon Insurance

Choose any other insurance brands. This is one brand where doctors, nurse and patients all hate to work with. When it comes to insurance anything but Sukoon!

First time to use there app it is not even loading hospital wise no one knows this insurance

Always get logout from the account and ask to reset the password. Uncomfortable to use their app and services have been deterred badly
