Tried everything, i phone support, app delete and reinstall checked blocked numbers , since 29 october I do not receive the telephone code to log in the app.. contacted swica many times, no success! HELP

20+ days ago i left a review that the app was broken. the devs replied to it saying they are aware of it and they will fix it soon. it is still broken. if i want to use the app i have to: -uninstall -reinstall -login after adding secret code app only manages to login once. afterwards every time it just gives a white screen.

Die Ablehnungen erfolgen mit dem Kommentar „fehlerhaft“ aber ohne Begründung. So ist eine Korrektur jeweils nicht möglich. Hat wohl weniger mit der App zu tun als mit der Dienstleistung dahinter.

Das App ist übersichtlich und einfach zu handhaben. Vielen Dank

Toll alles am richtigen Ort. Außer die Anmeldung mit Gesichtserkennung funktioniert immer noch nicht

Was mich jedoch stört: - Rückfragen dauern in der App länger als per Mail - Familienübersicht (Krankenkassenkarte / Police) ist seit Neuerung nicht mehr möglich. Vorher konnten Personen an andere Accounts freigegeben werden. Nun steht mir nur allein die Möglichkeit, mich mit dem Account meiner Frau einzuloggen Wenn sich die App entscheidet, mich auszuloggen, ist das natürlich doff ( da mTAN natürlich nicht zu mir kommt)

Impossible to see which invoices are already paid and which not. It's not clear what is the status of each invoice.. It should be color coded in a clear way eg. Green- paid, red- to be paid. Also log in with the code sent to the telephone number is only complicating the process of paying the invoice. I don't always have the number I used for this app active. The app is not user friendly at all. I always pay my invoice with a bit of delay because of this app.

Es wäre TOP wenn man sehen würde welche Rechnungen man bereits bezahlt hat und welche nicht!
