Trying to connect for hours. Such a let down of a product that’s been on the market long enough to address the issues. Very disappointing

There is no need for half the information this thing requires to work nor the difficulty involved in setting it up. It’s going back for a refund tomorrow.

Plagued by Wi-Fi issues at setup. Attempted to connect to 3 separate Wi-Fi networks at home and work, even following hard reset. Support never responded after being contacted twice. Returned unit for a full refund, really disappointing Xmas gift! Returned a 2nd unit going to a family member without even opening.

App does what it says and can facilitate the uploading of our own stories. This has been amazing as family can send me a nighttime story to upload. My two brining it around all the time - have it at the breakfast table and also going to bed. They are dancing or listening intently . Isn’t too loud to protect ears and sanity. However I would have liked the option of making it louder for parties and that. We’ve the moana tonie and they have listened to it non stop. I hope we get a gift od some new ones for Xmas 🤣

Hour wasted Christmas morning fighting with this terrible app. My children could design better.

Recording stops when phone screen time starts. No way to delete draft recordings.

Beim Registrieren waren die Felder des Formulars nur eingeschränkt bedienbar, nachdem ich mich nun online registriert habe, bittet die App nach einer Weile um Eingabe des Passworts zur Sicherheitsprüfung. An sich kein Problem und ein gutes Feature. Leider auch hier: nur ein großes Fenster, ohne Button, Eingabemöglichkeit, Schließen-Option. Ich krieg‘s nicht weg. (iOS 15.8.6). Schicke gern nen Screenshot. App wird deinstalliert. Die Tonies nur noch im Webbrowser betreut.

Cool wären Funktionen die die App sinnvoller machen. Zum Beispiel kann man den Akku Stand der Box nicht einsehen. Man weiß nicht wenn man sie zur Oma mitnimmt ob noch genug Power drin ist. Man könnte es noch weiter treiben mit einer Push Nachricht (wenn aktiviert). Dann würde man einen Push bekommen wenn der Akku fast alle ist. Dann kann man es abends auf die Ladestation packen und alle sind froh dass wieder Power drauf ist am nächsten Tag. Das ist nur eine Idee. Davon könnte man viel mehr coole Sachen machen. Die Funktion wäre aber die aller beste, bitte bringt diese endlich. Danke
