I have two new Toyotas in the family (RAV4 and Corolla). They are paired with two different mobiles. Since last week are both cars not connecting and updating status. The app is updated. The car has changed the name to it’s VIN code. Cars are online … There were problems with the app in the past but this is the worst one.
Crazy!
I absolutely do not understand why I have to manually enter a password on the car's infotainment after using the remote climate control! Then what is the function of driver face identification and key pairing. This makes the function unusable in practice. Profiles sometimes stop working on their own. Please do something about it! We use the car with my wife, the account with control can only be for one person. Why?
Garbage
When will you fix this absolute nonsense? My T app was bad, but this is even worse, can’t see my car for several months now, what is the purpose of this app? Wake up, Toyota Europe!

Toyota are great cars, but interactivity is the worst of it

Connection issue
App ask before each start to add info about new car. Then, after adding of VIN says you already have account and shows your garage.
How to fix it?
Does nothing
Nothing works or the app is supposed to do nothing. I added my car, there was just a picture of the car. Nothing else. Next time I opened the app, the car was gone. So basically no functionality at all.
Missing sharing option in family.
Together with wife we newly own and share Corolla, however there can be only one person logged in app with VIN number of car, the other person and his/her profile is immediately logged out.
Option to have list like family members sharing car, that prevents log out would be greatly appreciated.
Last update
After the last update, the app is unusable. It still wants to add a vehicle and the remote control does not work.
