I am a new Toyota owner and have been trying to register on the myToyota app, but it has been challenging. Every time I attempt to register, after entering my mobile number and desired password, I encounter an error message that says, ‘reCAPTCHA Verification Failed.’ I have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks now and don’t know what to do.

It always says “ReCAPTCHA Verification Failed. Please try again.” and then “Too many OTP sent. Try again later.” I tried two different phone numbers from different service providers. I also tried deleting the app and installing it again. Nothing worked.

App stopped working since October. The geolocation as well as the fuel consumption records have not been since. Kindly fix this problem.
