Awful

App is glitchy and I can’t see nish when I try to type in chat, please fix this on mobile

Please update!

I’ll change my rating once the app is updated - currently it’s just not very useful and although you can access some information, I always feel like I need to log into the website anyway as something will be missing. This app has a lot of potential, and the website is amazingly designed. Please just get the app up to speed as well, it would make our lives so much easier! Thank you

Cannot even login

I tried it a few times. It does nor recognise my email/password. Useless…

Stuck on GMT

Lots of issues with this app. They seem to have abandoned it. But the times are all displayed one hour behind, and this hasn’t been updated since the clocks changed three months ago!

Not very useful!

The app is okay but it doesn’t display much information - for example when looking at school opportunities, you can’t see whether it’s 3-1 or 1-1 and you can’t see the topics they want to cover. Also, for some reason my bookings on the app showed different times to those on the website! I’m going to try deleting and redownloading to fix it, but I would recommend sticking to the website

Wrong time

I booked my lessons on the web browser and then went to check them later on the app, and all the times were completely different. Went back to the web browser and it had the original times so I’m just ignoring the app but it’s a very inefficient flaw

Daylight Saving Time

The app is okay, but after daylight savings, the times haven’t been updated, and they show up as one hour earlier.

Not good app

Not a very good app , don’t see why you have to pay to learn I’ll prefer to learn at school 👀

Not worth it

A great idea but doesn’t work properly. Doesn't tell me any teachers notes, something I need to know to see if I can take on the sessions. Also doesn’t always give me the right times for sessions, which is a pain. Also sometimes says my profile isn’t ‘live’ which isn’t true. Like I said, it’s a great idea, it just doesn’t work in practice

Useless

Can’t actually manage your bookings and most of the time it won’t even load your bookings, messages or opportunities. Greta idea but poorly executed
