Keeps sending notification of a new test result every few days. However, I have not had any tests for months.

I have constantly had trouble getting logged in or loading information on the app ever since they changed it from MyChart. The Epic MyChart app ran so much smoother. I have used it for years and this has been the most frustrating.

This app doesn’t work about 40% of the time. Frustrating when you are sending a message and it disappears because app down.

The app is helpful for appt reminders, viewing test results and prescriptions, and chatting with your medical team, but it falls way short compared to the Kaiser app. It’s really difficult to refill prescriptions through the app, you sometimes have to contact your medical team through the app for a refill even though it says the doctor ordered refills, and they can take days to respond. When I needed glucose testing supplies I sometimes had to order through Amazon instead just to get them quicker. With the kaiser app it’s easy to refill and have your meds delivered to your home. The billing portion of the app keeps crashing. I am now past due on a $20 copay because the app keeps crashing every time I try to pay. The one thing I can’t complain about is that it’s pretty easy to toggle back and forth between mine and my son’s mychart account. Definitely needs improvement since I’m constantly getting “server” error messages.
