I’ve been waiting two weeks to be able to use my account.. what’s taking so long????
I rely on My Chart to confirm any appointments I may have and to order meds. Plus I use it a lot to message my doctor with questions. It’s a very useful tool.
Love this app so great that u can see all medical info contact the doc and see appts This makes my life so much easier
Frustrated User 1962
Last night I set a request to my new PCP as of July for a referral to a pulmonologist due to my asthma exacerbation 5 weeks ago caused by a nasty cold. I have another nasty cold. I called the office earlier and was told she had received the request and would act on it tonight. I also sent a message to her about Kodiak waffles recall. I’ve nothing either time. My old PCP and Neurology practice take immediate action. Kris M S Wolski
Everything works fine so far except when I change my shortcuts to include medication refills the icon still doesn’t show. I’ve even tied logging out and closing the app.
It’s the best app to know all about you’re medical history
The app gets in the way of communicating with my doctor. Limiting each message to 75 characters is inexcusable and leads to misunderstanding and poor communication. Call me and ditch the app!
Dr Kroening and his staff are the best I’ve ever had in my 25 years in the system. The ONLY provider-s I don’t feel like I’m asking God for permission to speak. They make eye-contact and they “provide” peace of mind attending to every need and answering every question I might have.
I have not been able to figure out how to use the contact a provider. Difficult navigation. Seems like my provider can get me a message…this part I like. But cannot get back to them with this app. I just call them on the phone instead
