App functionality issues unresolved
There appears to be an issue with verifying my phone number..unable to do so since I started using the app..unresolved now for more than 8 months!! Also while reading after visit notes the screen disappeared and when I went back into the app you can no longer see the detailed notes from physician they just disappeared!!
Using the portal
I love being able to use UT PORTAL app. It’s so much easier to contact directly with my doctors and they answer as quick as possible. It’s so much better than to be on hold with customer service. I love it

Dr. Abdelmelek and the staff have always treated me kind. She cares about her patients and makes sure they understand their prognosis’s and recommended treatments. Dr. A and the staff are always friendly, professional, and provide a comfortable atmosphere. Having been her patient for a long time, she knows what is going on with me. Thank you.

Nice App, really helpful and informative. It’s working very well since the first day and help to handle all the process, have the exam results, check appointments and more.

The service to all medical facilities under one roof is great. It is good to see that communities can work together for the good of my health. I don’t have to struggle anymore. Trying to remember all the important information the doctors need to know now it is just a touch away. Wow how amazing. Thank you UT P.S: by the way I have the best doctors in the world.
Knee pain
I got excellent treatment after careful evaluation by Dr. Sulapas , his staff was friendly and very responsive to answer questions about medication and therapy. I will definitely continue and recommend Dr. Sulapas for treatment
Big irony!
I’m UTH employee and always using my credentials to connect to the UTH wifi, BUT I cannot login with the UTH wifi! I have to disconnect wifi and use my phone internet to login! 🤦🏻
