I'm truly disappointed to see the decline in the quality of such a once-amazing service. Previously, the app would automatically notify users about issues like filter changes or other problems. Now, I have to call multiple times just to get a technician to visit, only to replace a filter and provide vague explanations about why the app no longer sends notifications. I hope you can address these issues and restore the service to its former reliability.
