I’ve been trying to develop healthy habits for a while now but keeping track of them mentally hasn’t been very effective. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that all of my health goals were already preloaded as options in the app. And I love that each healthy habit has an info button that gives you a summary of why the habit is beneficial along with a link to more optional reading. The way that the app is designed makes me feel like it was developed with the genuine goal of helping people live healthier and happier lives, unlike many other wellness apps that feel largely profit-focused. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for an app until I found this app; I was just so pleasantly surprised by how much I love the app.

This app makes things feel easier- like getting healthy doesn’t need to be complicated or cost a lot of money. I just need reminders of basic things I should do that are pretty easy but I just forget to do them. Hopefully this will help.

I love this app because it is such an easy way to give myself credit for the healthy choices I can make each day. This feels so much better than focusing on what I am avoiding or how much I am limiting. It helps me to see the strengths I already have and build positive momentum towards the healthy lifestyle I want to maintain and grow. All with a simple swipe of doable actions that I chose are right for me. Also, a great source of fresh and well researched ideas for things I haven’t tried yet.
