Terrible app
No Touch ID. If app isn’t used for a couple of hours it signs you out so you have to go through the login process again. So frustrating to use.

This is so useful and great app for reporting issues and getting feedback on my cases from Wiltshire Council. Great work.
App keeps crashing when trying to report issues.
Photos rarely upload and map needs to have satellite view to pinpoint exact location of issues such as potholes. It’s just naf, old one was better than this.
Since signing up to the app, I now get about 20 emails a day of junk and spam. Literally happened ever since registering for the Wiltshire council app (and no I never signed up for anything else). Wiltshire council…what the hell are you partnered with??? Absolute disgrace
You spend your time uploading, finding information to help sort out issues and you can’t even send it to them. Trying to make our community’s nicer place at least waste the money on something useful rather than an app that doesn’t even do what it’s set out to do.
Wiltshire Council has trumpeted this “updated” app (actually version 1.1) in the last few days, so I thought I’d give it a try—more in hope than expectation of improvement over the previous version. In our neighbourhood, there’s an issue with long term obstruction of a pavement. The app has forced-choice categories for reporting, none of which fitted what I was trying to report. I chose the least unsuitable category, dropped a pin on the map, entered free text, and tried to upload two photographs. The app hung. Admittedly, the interactive map function has improved to the extent that a “citizen” (to use Wiltshire-Council-speak) can now actually drop a pin that’s more or less accurately located. But if a citizen is unable to even upload photographs as requested by the app, its reporting function is as useless as the previous app’s was. Regarding the developer’s privacy policy, the app says that it collects a citizen’s precise location, contact info, including physical address, email, name, phone number, other user contact info, user content including photos and videos, and user ID. Wiltshire Council’s linked privacy policy says that a citizen’s IP address is routinely collected. Even if the MYWILTS app were to function effectively, I’m disinclined to give consent to Wiltshire Council’s indiscriminate harvesting of personal information, when all I want is for it to collect some rubbish, or fix a street light, or repair a pothole.
So I sign in with my account OK. Then I search for something and it wants me to sign in again. Did anyone test it?
App rarely works. Crashes every time I try to check my cases.
Whenever I want to report something, there’s always a problem. Always something preventing me reporting so often have to abandon and give up. Connectivity not an issue - it’s the app I’m afraid.
